About Me

I began my career as a consultant with Bain & Company where I built my strategic and analytical muscles. My inner math nerd loved it, but my heart longed to be of service. After pivoting into global public health, I took a leadership role at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) managing a large-scale drug donation program that enabled the global scale-up of pediatric HIV/AIDS treatment. My soul was happier, but my own health suffered from the long hours and constant travel.

After working with a few life coaches with great success, I began learning to coach in 2014 and fell in love with it immediately. Though I still consult part-time, coaching allows me to combine my deep empathy with my problem-solving mind to help people navigate their inner struggles more effectively. Through studying various tools for transformation, I've developed a coaching style rooted in building emotional intelligence and heart-mind balance.

My coaching work pulls from a lifetime of learning about the human condition and tools for transformation. In addition to my BA in Sociology from Brown University and continuing education in coaching and psychology, I draw upon IFS/parts work, polyvagal theory, attachment theory, Imago intentional dialogue, Enneagram, and motivational interviewing. I lead with a Socratic style and always point you back to your own inner wisdom – which, I believe, is the best guidance of all.
