Coaching FAQ
What is your coaching specialty?
I don't specialize in just one type of problem; my coaching process can be applied to any dimension of your life.

Instead, I specialize in going deep. I lead my clients through a process of inquiry designed to uncover the root of their problems with precision. Unpacking the unconscious beliefs and formative experiences behind your issues, then helping you to reprocess and repattern them, is my specialty. From there, behavior change comes more easily.
What types of people do you work with?
While my clients are diverse, I've had the most success with highly-accomplished professionals.

I am also a "coach's coach" -- I've had multiple professional coaches and a licensed mental health professional as clients. I love working with people who have already done a considerable amount of inner work and have a strong foundation of self-development knowledge.
What are sessions like?
Standard sessions are one hour in length. As the client, you set the agenda for the area of your life needing the greatest focus. My job is to lead you through a process to help you broaden your aperture, see yourself and your situation more clearly, and learn emotional and relational intelligence tools to inform a more constructive path forward.
How do you structure your coaching engagements?
There are two ways clients can work with me:
$1000 / month for
weekly one-hour sessions
Month-to-month commitment
(Most common)
Weekly coaching
$250 standard session (1 hr)
$450 extended session* (2 hrs)
*Best for complicated issues that require more time to process
Individual sessions
Across both formats, my guiding principle is to help you build self-reliance and ultimately to make myself obsolete (or an ad-hoc resource only). That doesn't mean I'm unwilling to do regular sessions over a longer period of time -- for some people, that structure works best. But it does mean that I will celebrate when you feel you no longer need my support.
How do I begin?
The first step is to schedule a free introductory call, where we'll discuss what you're looking for and determine if working together is a mutual fit. Please reach out by email or through the contact form below with a few days/times that you're available.
What is the difference between therapy and coaching?
In general, coaching tends to be more actionable and focus on achieving target outcomes. Both coaching and therapy can be used to deeply explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors. However, as a coach I am not qualified to diagnose or treat mental health disorders. If I suspect there may be severe trauma and/or a disorder that is impacting your life, I will gladly refer you to a capable mental health provider.
Where else can I learn about you / your work?
I don't do any social media marketing or blogging, as I prefer to live a quiet and private life. I've been fortunate that my business has sustained through word-of-mouth recommendations from satisfied clients.
